1. Due to COVID-19, Altosy only ships to United States,Canada, The United Kingdom，Germany，Italy，Spain，Sweden，Poland, Netherlands,France.

Due to the order delays resulting from COVID-19, we are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Address: We will arrange shipment from United States,Canada, The United Kingdom，Germany，Italy，Spain，Sweden，Poland, Netherlands,France.

4.We will usually ship within 1-2 business days. But due to recent high volume , delivery times may be 5-7 days longer than normal, shipments are delayed for 3-5 working days or more due to COVID-19 and the natural factors.

5. Deliveries are made only Monday-Friday. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

6.You tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.

7.If your package wasn’t able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at info@altosy.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

8.Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
