What kind of material do ALTOSY use ?

Is it waterproof for ALTOSY leather bags?

Not waterproof. Our ALTOSY bags is made of genuine leather. The real leather surface has clear pores and lines. Breathable pores become impermeable when exposed to water and destroy the lifespan of the leather.

Are the backpack straps removable for ALTOSY backpack ?

Backpack shoulder straps are not removable. Our backpack has a detachable shoulder strap that can be used as a shoulder bag.

Is WITZMAN canvas bags approved for carry on ?

Most of our canvas backpack is approved for carry-on on the plane.

Where do you ship the product ?

We have warehouse in the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom,Germany. If you are in these 4 countres, we can arrange directly to you from local. Usuaully it will need 4-7 days to arrive at you.

If you are not in these 4 countres, we will arrange shipment from China. it will need 7 -10 days to arrive at you.

It is free return for 4 countries: United States,Canada, The United Kingdom,Germany.

For other countries, the return shipping fee is on customer's side.

How can I get my refund ?

We will refund to you in 3 days after we got your return items. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us in altosy_service@hotmail.com within 7 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a refund upon receiving the return items. This applies only to items purchased directly purchased on www.altosy.com.

Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 7 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 7 days warranty time-frame.
2. Used or misused items.
3. Lost or Stolen items.

Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes.

Return Shipping Costs
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please note that we will send you UPS shipping label for return, but the shipping fees are at the customers expense .

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. You will get full refund after the order being cancelled .
We will not accept order cancellation after shipped.
