Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

Return Shipping Costs
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please note that we will send you UPS shipping label for return, but the shipping fees are at the customers expense .

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. You will get full refund after the order being cancelled .
We will not accept order cancellation after shipped.
